| PREVENTATIVE LEGAL SERVICES | |
| Legal Consultation Services | |
| The business entity may receive telephone or personal consultations and advice, including phone calls to third parties on the covered entity’s behalf, during normal business hours, concerning any legal matters of the covered business entity to the extent the Legal Service Provider deems it necessary to adequately advise the covered business entity on the legal matter. This covers the initial consultation and advice required to advise the covered business entity of its legal position, as the Legal Service Provider considers reasonable. If, at the Legal Service Provider’s sole discretion, the legal matter cannot be adequately addressed during the course of a telephone or personal consultation, the Legal Service Provider will provide legal consultation and advice in person for up to one hour. Benefits under this section are limited to one hour per matter of legal consultation and advice concerning the matter. Additional consultation or advice on the same subject matter at a Preferred Member Discount rate. | |

| One purchase and one sale of land or property per year. | |
| Settlement fees on the sale or purchase of land or property to the value of $600,000.00 or less will be at no cost to the member. Settlement fees on the sale or purchase of land, property to a value in excess of $600,000.00 will be charged on that portion which exceeds $600,000.00 only. Any chargeable portion will be charged at the rate of 75% of (25% off) the Settlement Agent's scale of fees for this service. Investment property sale or purchase at a 50% discount off the Settlement Agents Scale of Fees for this service. A waiting period may apply and this plan should be read in conjunction with the contract Terms and Conditions. | |

| The business may have interpreted, reviewed and prepared by the Legal Service Provider any personal mortgages, bills of sale, charges or other personal security documents in which the business entity is a contracting party. | |
| During normal business hours, may receive telephone or personal consultations and correspondence, concerning any legal matter relating to loan recovery, mortgagee sales, foreclosures and enforcement of securities, including bills of sale, charges and other debt securities of which the business entity is contracted as the borrower or provider of security. | |
| MOTOR VEHICLE/COMMERCIAL CRAFT LEGAL SERVICES | |
| Defence for civil or criminal charges/drivers licence assistance (extraordinary and special) Up to six (6) hours consultation and preparation time and six (6) hours actual court time per matter. | |
| EMPLOYMENT & WORKPLACE RELATIONS | |
| The business entity may have reviewed or prepared by the Legal Service Provider any Workplace Agreements or Contracts of Employment in which the business entity is a contracting party. In addition provision is made for defence of any claim for unfair dismissal, unpaid contractual entitlements, harassments and discrimination and workers compensation issues, Including advice, representation and preparation. | |
| COURT PROCEEDINGS | |
| Membership provides for the defence or pursuit of a civil or criminal matter. | |
| Membership Year 1. 60 total hours - 15 hours of which is for legal services prior to trial. | |
| Membership Year 2. 80 total hours - 20 hours of which is for legal services prior to trial. | |
| Membership Year 3. 100 total hours - 25 hours of which is for legal services prior to trial. | |
| Membership Year 4. 120 total hours - 30 hours of which is for legal services prior to trial. | |

| From the sixth membership year onwards the membership will include a maximum of one hundred and sixty (160) hours aggregate of solicitors time (trial time) plus a maximum of sixty (60) hours aggregate of solicitors time (pre-trial time), for any court proceedings and pre-trial legal services respectively. | |
| INCOME TAXATION LEGAL SERVICES | |
| This includes up to twenty hours (20) for consultation and advice, negotiation and discussion with the Australian Taxation Office upon receipt of a notice and twenty hours (20) for trial representation, if required for your business. | |
| PREFERRED MEMBER DISCOUNT | |
| Other legal services not specifically provided by this plan are provided at a 25% discount off the Legal Service Provider's standard hourly rate for representation or service. This includes matters either pre-existing in nature or currently on foot and being dealt with or requiring legal action as a result of a prior occurrence. | |
