When I first read the Pre-Paid Legal Material from PPL's representative I had doubts about what would be provided for me for the $450 fee which included 2 home closings and a will.

The PR Materials gave much detail about the help and advise that PPL would provide in preparing and accepting the offer. I felt that for this price if I could get the settlement cash in my account for one deal, the fee would be worth it and I didn't expect much more.

Really the $450 fee paid me back in thousands just in settling my nerves in writing and accepting the initial offer and advising on the deposit terms. The associate was extremely accurate regarding the legal side in filling out the form. He even helped with strategizing the marketing of the property.

During the waiting for the buyers financial approval phase, I was approached with another verbal offer and he made sure that I did not violate any legal or standard real estate restrictions. When I double checked these legal issues with my lawyer, I found his advise to be extremely accurate, helping avoid common pitfalls of advertising an R60 property without checking new building restraints.

My call enquiries were returned and answered in a prompt fashion within a day by the office. I was given the reps mobile number, which he always had on, even after hours up to 7:30pm and weekends.

The associate was always polite and patient and I mean really patient with my enquiries and the anxieties accompanying the details.

When the associate was in the office, the office staff were extremely helpful and on top of the transaction so that I did not have to repeat myself or call a second time. Their left and right hand internal workings saved much fidgeting time. They also allowed me access to the office to fax the loose ends of the transaction.

I have a background in Corporate IT Marketing and usually am quite sceptical of most PR Material promises. I was pleasantly surprised at what PPL delivered and would highly recommend this service to others. I have even offered my phone number for a verbal reference.
